100horse Points Rewards Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) apply to the 100horse Rewards ("100horse Points" Program). Members of the program can earn points ("100horse Points") by purchasing eligible products on the 100horse online store, participating in online activities, and through other means. These points can be redeemed for specific rewards on 100horse.com (collectively referred to as the "100horse Shop"). 100horse products may also be purchased through third-party websites, including but not limited to Facebook groups, eBay, Amazon, and other third-party sites; however, in such cases, purchases do not qualify for earning points.


Membership

  1. Free Membership
    You can become a 100horse Shop member at no cost—no purchase is necessary—but you must create an account on 100horse Shop. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how the information you provide will be used. This program is void where prohibited by law.
  2. Eligibility
    To be eligible for a 100horse Shop membership, you must create an account in the manner outlined in these terms and conditions. If you are at least thirteen (13) years old, can access the internet, and have a valid mailing address, you are eligible to create an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password, as well as restricting access to your account. You are responsible for ensuring that this information remains current, complete, accurate, and truthful. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username, and/or password. You agree to provide only the most up-to-date, complete, accurate, and truthful information. If you access and use this website on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as an agent to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth herein; and, within the scope of such authority, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and take responsibility for any damages caused by improper use of the website or by accessing or using content therefrom.
  3. How to Join the 100horse Points Program.
    Create an Account: Visit the 100horse Shop and become a registered user of the site. Click here to go directly to the registration page. You will be asked to provide your email address and password. You may also choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Once you submit all the required information, your account will be successfully created, and you will automatically be enrolled in our rewards program.
  4. How to Access/Change Your Member Information
    You must keep the personal information on your account up to date. To do so, click on the My Account section and access your account by entering your registered email address and current password. From your dashboard, you can access your account information and change your profile.

Earning Points

  1. General
    Members can earn points on the purchase of qualifying online products at the 100horse Shop. To receive points for your online purchases, you must be signed into your account. You may check at any time to see if you are signed in to the site by clicking on the user icon in the upper right-hand corner of the site. In addition, you can earn points by subscribing to newsletter, leaving reviews, participating in 100horse online activities, and more.
  2. Earning Rate Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases (in other words, 10 points for every $10 spent). Points are based on your order subtotal, after any discounts. Points will be rounded down to the nearest integer. For example, if you spend $19.99, you will receive 19 points. As for earning points through other channels, it will be subject to the specific rules of each respective channel.
  3. Exclusions
    Points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service. For example, if a product that is normally $50 is on sale for $25, a member will only earn points on the purchase price of $25. Purchases of gift cards, the redemption of vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, including merchandise returns, are not eligible for points. All purchases made:
    • by a member prior to such member joining the program.
    • Purchase of 100horse products outside the 100horse Shop is not eligible for the 100horse Points Rewards Program.
    • Wholesale retailers are not eligible to participate in the rewards program.
  4. Returns/Order Cancellations 100horse points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, refund, declined credit card or gift card will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including any bonus points that may be applicable. Points cannot be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order. We do not recycle rewards coupons or gift cards from order to order or item to item.

Redeeming Points

How to Use Your 100horse Points

100horse points must be used in accordance with these terms and conditions, and 100horse points are valid only for use at 100horse Shop.

Redeeming Your 100horse Points.

  1. What are the rewards
    Rewards are typically 100horse coupons and product gifts, which you can redeem using 100horse points. Some rewards are only valid during specific time periods. Any changes to the redemption rules will be made without prior notice.
  2. How to Redeem 100horse Points
    Sign in to your 100horse Shop account. Navigate to "Redeem 100horse Points", and on the 100horse Points page select the reward you wish to redeem. Points will be deducted at the time of redemption. Some rewards require you to agree to separate terms and conditions applicable to that reward, which will be published when the reward is issued. Rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Please read each reward's rules carefully and verify all details before confirming any redemption of 100horse points.
  3. Discount Code
    After confirming the redemption of your 100horse points, if you choose to redeem a coupon, you will receive a one-time discount code. This discount code can be used to enjoy a discount when shopping at the 100horse store. Please copy and paste the discount code into the discount field at checkout to save on your purchase.
    • Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
    • Some coupons cannot be used on certain products.
    • There may be minimum purchase amounts limits for some discount codes.
    • Some coupons can only be used at a certain time and may expire if not used in time.
  4. Products/Free Gifts
    If you choose to redeem a product gift with your 100horse points, then after selecting your gift, click Redeem Now, fill out the shipping form, and click Submit.
    • Most products include free shipping. However, you may need to pay shipping fees for some specific products.
    • Rewards will be shipped separately with their exclusive order ID.
    • Rewards will be shipped out once you confirm the redemption.
    • Once the rewards ship out, you will receive the shipping notification with a tracking number.
    • Due to the limited nature of the rewards, we regret that you cannot cancel, return, or exchange a reward once you confirm the redemption of 100horse points.
    • If you received damaged or incorrect products, please contact 100horse Customer Service at service@100horse.com within 7 days of receiving them.
    We encourage you to redeem your points often so that you get to experience the full benefits of the 100horse Points Rewards Program, including discounts, products, and gift cards. Specific rewards (whether products or gift cards) are available while supplies last and may be subject to change, discontinuance, limitations, and substitutions by us, at our discretion and at any time with or without notice. How and when rewards are delivered is determined by 100horse at its sole discretion.

Exclusions

Only one account per natural person. Reward codes may not be combined with any other discount codes. Points can not be transferred. 100horse points cannot be used on past purchases. 100horse points accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason. 100horse Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Redeemed 100horse Points cannot be retroactively applied to any past order. 100horse Points have no cash value outside of the online 100horse Shop and are available only to members in good standing. Rewards will be invalid and cannot be shipped out if the membership is canceled. The whole redemption process must be completed within the valid membership life cycle.

Points Expiration and Time Lapses.

Standard points expire 365 days from the date on which they were assigned to your account and are available. Specific points would expire earlier at the discretion of 100horse.

Rewards cannot be cancelled

Once points are redeemed, a reward (discount, product, or gift card) will be assigned, and we are unable to cancel the redemption and reapply the points to your 100horse points account.


General

By registering with 100horse Shop and enrolling in the 100horse Points Rewards Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms that may apply to the Rewards Program. 100horse reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel, modify, suspend, or limit any aspect of your account, point-redemption process, or the Program itself (including, without limitation, point-conversion rates and point-expiration policies). Even if such changes affect your ability to use previously accrued points, 100horse may implement them without notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed of the Program's current Terms and Conditions.

Your point balance, as shown in your account, shall be based exclusively on 100horse's internal records. In the event of any discrepancy between the points displayed in your account and 100horse's internal records, the latter shall govern. 100horse is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect member information.

Your right to transfer any points earned or awarded under this Program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in forfeiture or cancellation of your points and suspension or termination of your membership. All point-related transactions and member accounts are subject to 100horse’s review and verification; during such review, points in the affected account may be temporarily unavailable.

Should a member abuse the 100horse Points Rewards Program or fail to comply with its Terms and Conditions, 100horse may revoke that member’s privileges at any time. Any fraud or abuse in earning or redeeming points may lead to termination of membership and disqualification from participation in any other 100horse programs, whether current or future. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. For further information or questions, please click “Contact Us” at the bottom of any page on our website.


100horse reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend the Terms and Conditions of the 100horse Points Rewards Program at any time without prior notice to customers. If a customer voluntarily closes their 100horse Shop registered account, or if their account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other conduct that violates the intended and honest use of the website, all points will be immediately forfeited and rendered ineligible for redemption.

Points are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and have no value outside of the 100horse Shop. Points cannot be earned for purchases made outside of the 100horse Shop (including, but not limited to, Facebook groups, eBay, Amazon, and other third-party websites).
