BAi H Coins Rewards Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) apply to the BAi Rewards ("BAi H Coins" Program). Members of the program can earn H Coins ("BAi H Coins") by purchasing eligible products on the BAi online store, participating in online activities, and through other means. These H Coins can be redeemed for specific rewards on bai.store. BAi products may also be purchased through third-party websites, including but not limited to Facebook groups, eBay, Amazon, and other third-party sites; however, in such cases, purchases do not qualify for earning H Coins.

Membership

1. Free Membership
   You can become a BAi Store member at no cost—no purchase is necessary—but you must create an account on BAi Store. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how the information you provide will be used. This program is void where prohibited by law.
2. Eligibility
   To be eligible for a BAi Store membership, you must create an account in the manner outlined in these terms and conditions. If you are at least thirteen (13) years old, can access the internet, and have a valid mailing address, you are eligible to create an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password, as well as restricting access to your account. You are responsible for ensuring that this information remains current, complete, accurate, and truthful. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username, and/or password. You agree to provide only the most up-to-date, complete, accurate, and truthful information. If you access and use this website on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as an agent to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth herein; and, within the scope of such authority, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and take responsibility for any damages caused by improper use of the website or by accessing or using content therefrom.
3. How to Join the BAi H Coins Program.
   Create an Account: Visit the BAi Store and become a registered user of the site. Click here to go directly to the registration page. You will be asked to provide your email address and password. You may also choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Once you submit all the required information, your account will be successfully created, and you will automatically be enrolled in our rewards program.
4. How to Access/Change Your Member Information
   You must keep the personal information on your account up to date. To do so, click on the My Account section and access your account by entering your registered email address and current password. From your dashboard, you can access your account information and change your profile.

Earning H Coins

1. General
   Members can earn H Coins on the purchase of qualifying online products at the BAi Shop. To receive H Coins for your online purchases, you must be signed into your account. You may check at any time to see if you are signed in to the site by clicking on the user icon in the upper right-hand corner of the site. In addition, you can earn H Coins by subscribing to newsletter, leaving reviews, participating in BAi online activities, and more.
2. Earning Rate
   Members earn 0.01 H Coin for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases (in other words, 1 H Coin for every $100 spent). H Coins are based on your order subtotal, after any discounts. H Coins will be rounded down to the nearest integer. For example, if you spend $19.99, you will receive 0.19 H Coins. As for earning H Coins through other channels, it will be subject to the specific rules of each respective channel.
3. Exclusions
   H Coins will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service. For example, if a product that is normally $50 is on sale for $25, a member will only earn H Coins on the purchase price of $25. Purchases of gift cards, the redemption of vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, including merchandise returns, are not eligible for H Coins.
   All purchases made:
   • by a member prior to such member joining the program.
   • Purchase of BAi products outside the BAi Store is not eligible for the BAi H Coins Rewards Program.
   • Wholesale retailers are not eligible to participate in the rewards program.
4. Returns/Order Cancellations
   BAi H Coins earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, refund, declined credit card or gift card will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the H Coins earned for the original transaction, including any bonus H Coins that may be applicable. H Coins cannot be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order. We do not recycle rewards coupons from order to order or item to item.

BAi H Coins must be used in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Redeeming Your BAi H Coins.

1. What are the rewards
   Rewards are typically BAi coupons, which you can redeem using BAi H Coins. Any changes to the redemption rules will be made without prior notice.
2. How to Redeem BAi H Coins
   Sign in to your BAi Store account. Navigate to "Redeem BAi H Coins", and on the BAi H Coins page select the reward you wish to redeem. H Coins will be deducted at the time of redemption. Some rewards require you to agree to separate terms and conditions applicable to that reward, which will be published when the reward is issued. Rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Please read each reward's rules carefully and verify all details before confirming any redemption of BAi H Coins.
3. Discount Code
   After confirming the redemption of your BAi H Coins, if you choose to redeem a coupon, you will receive a one-time discount code. This discount code can be used to enjoy a discount when shopping at the BAi store. Please copy and paste the discount code into the discount field at checkout to save on your purchase.
   Please note that:
   • Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
   • Some coupons cannot be used on certain products.
   • There may be minimum purchase amounts limits for some discount codes.
   • Some coupons can only be used at a certain time and may expire if not used in time.
   • Due to the limited nature of the rewards, we regret that you cannot cancel, return, or exchange a reward once you confirm the redemption of BAi H Coins.
   We encourage you to redeem your H Coins often so that you get to experience the full benefits of the BAi H Coins Rewards Program. Specific rewards are available while supplies last and may be subject to change, discontinuance, limitations, and substitutions by us, at our discretion and at any time with or without notice. How and when rewards are delivered is determined by BAi at its sole discretion.

Exclusions

Only one account per natural person. Reward codes may not be combined with any other discount codes. H Coins can not be transferred. BAi H Coins cannot be used on past purchases. BAi H Coins accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason. BAi H Coins earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Redeemed BAi H Coins cannot be retroactively applied to any past order. BAi H Coins have no cash value outside of the online BAi Store and are available only to members in good standing. Rewards will be invalid and cannot be shipped out if the membership is canceled. The whole redemption process must be completed within the valid membership life cycle.

H Coins Expiration and Time Lapses.

Standard H Coins expire 365 days from the date on which they were assigned to your account and are available. Specific H Coins would expire earlier at the discretion of BAi.

Rewards cannot be cancelled

Once H Coins are redeemed, a reward will be assigned, and we are unable to cancel the redemption and reapply the H Coins to your BAi H Coins account.

General

By registering with BAi Store and enrolling in the BAi H Coins Rewards Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms that may apply to the Rewards Program. BAi reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel, modify, suspend, or limit any aspect of your account, point-redemption process, or the Program itself (including, without limitation, point-conversion rates and point-expiration policies). Even if such changes affect your ability to use previously accrued H Coins, BAi may implement them without notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed of the Program's current Terms and Conditions.

Your H Coins balance, as shown in your account, shall be based exclusively on BAi's internal records. In the event of any discrepancy between the H Coins displayed in your account and BAi's internal records, the latter shall govern. BAi is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect member information.

Your right to transfer any H Coins earned or awarded under this Program is strictly limited. The sale of H Coins is prohibited and may result in forfeiture or cancellation of your H Coins and suspension or termination of your membership. All point-related transactions and member accounts are subject to BAi's review and verification; during such review, H Coins in the affected account may be temporarily unavailable.

Should a member abuse the BAi H Coins Rewards Program or fail to comply with its Terms and Conditions, BAi may revoke that member's privileges at any time. Any fraud or abuse in earning or redeeming H Coins may lead to termination of membership and disqualification from participation in any other BAi programs, whether current or future. BAi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend the Terms and Conditions of the BAi H Coins Rewards Program at any time without prior notice to customers. If a customer voluntarily closes their BAi Store registered account, or if their account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other conduct that violates the intended and honest use of the website, all H Coins will be immediately forfeited and rendered ineligible for redemption.

H Coins are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and have no value outside of the BAi Store. H Coins cannot be earned for purchases made outside of the BAi Store (including, but not limited to, Facebook groups, eBay, Amazon, and other third-party websites).
